i have come to the conclusion that i am way too in love with textsfromlastnight. i mean really. it's way too addicting, but i just can't help it. this is supposed to be a short post, but here are my current favorites=)

so, because i spend so much time on the computer now that i have a laptop and it travels with me everywhere i go in the house, and sleeps next to me at night (yes, itunes is in a constant state of play=), i have discovered quite a few of the best websites ever in the recent past.
here is my top 10 countdown=)

10. Wikipedia! it really is the best thing ever. anything you could ever possibly want to know about has a page. and the cross-referencing possibilities are mind-blowing!:D
9. urbandictionary:D anything that isn't covered by wikipedia is covered by urbandictionary=)
8. black phoenix alchemy lab/trading post- for all things perfumey and awesome, bpal is the place to be=)
7. earthalbum.com --check it out, i lovelovelove it.
6. chromeexperiments.com (only open this in google chrome; most of them don't work otherwise)
5. last.fm --awesome is the only word for this. i mean really. any website that can make me a playlist of only japanese music and 5 minutes later base one off of the postal service gets 50 gold stars.
4. fmylife.com --somehow, reading about how completely ridiculous other peopele's lives are makes me feel exponentially better about myself lol. beware: it's horribly addicting.

sheep world, or, Germans are crazy but brilliant. but mostly crazy.

kay so, a few years ago aim and sarah gave me a poster, which was promptly eaten by a puppy and replaced with a greeting card. both were from Germany, and both were from this thing called sheepworld. now, the card is on my wall, and it's adorable, and it's in german, so i was looking at it the other day and i decided to see if i could find their website. and i did. and it is genius.
there are a lot of sheep, dude. like a lot a lot. and they are all adorable. my favorite is the g to the hetto peddler sheep, right here:

yes. so anyway, the website is fucking awesome, even though it's all in german. i must learn german. it is necessary to my happiness now.
